TERRIBLE! The restaurant forgot our food order until we reminded them 40 minutes later, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes. We didn’t get the food credit we were supposed to get. We arrived early and asked about early check in, and were told the room would be ready “soon”. Almost five hours later, at 3:57 pm, the room was finally ready. If we had known it would take this long, we would have gone out, but we were constantly told it was “almost ready”. Room didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed, and the front desk seemed confused as to why we would need sheets. We were supposed to get bottles of water at check in, and we did - tiny, tiny little bottles of water. No complimentary glass of champagne as promised. To get to our room on the 16th floor we had to take an elevator up to the 25th floor and then another elevator down to 16, and each elevator took a long time to get there. I would never, ever stay here again. The staff seems confused about what it means to provide service.
