Good Location 2 min walk to tram stop, and free trams in the CBD. We stayed on the 13th Floor so above the surrounding office buildings. Rooms were clean and nice. TV was a little small. Some of the bathroom ares showing age but everything worked.

The room was fantastic on the first day, but upon returning for the second day, we found our beds unmade and no fresh towels provided. When inquired, we were informed it wasn't included in our package, which was quite surprising and disappointing.
