"We had an amazing stay at this brand new property. I was traveling with a disabled family member, and the staff (particularly Do and Daiki) went above and beyond to make sure her stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, across the road from Ueno Park and a short walk to shops and multiple JR and subway stations. Although the area at the back of the hotel is slightly seedy, you can always avoid it by going through the main entrance. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very convenient. Having access to the top floor Onsen, with views of Ueno Park, was also particularly welcome after a long day. Highly recommended."
