We had a 2 day stay at the property. The staff was really nice. I send them an email with our train time and they came to pick us up. The facility is older, but really clean. The Onsen open bath is really nice, in a nice setting. The indoor onsen is really nice, older but the water is great. The dinner and breakfast was really good. The staff was really accommodating and spoke enough english to help. The little village has some basic stores, enough to find lunch and other essentials. Plus: - nice outdoor onsen - very friendly staff - quiet property, with nice surrounding, in the country side. Minus: - older property, no internet - mosquito outdoor, so come prepare
