Bad experience over a cancellation
I booked this hotel as I was working in the area and a hundred miles from my home. I I'm driving a full-size City Transit bus. When I arrived at the hotel I realized there was no parking at the hotel or near it. I got back onto the hotels.com app and booked another hotel a few miles away that did have parking. So I did not stay. In fact I never even walked into the building as I never got out of the bus. When contacted for a refund they refused. That alone is a reason why I would never choose this hotel for anything and I would never recommend it for anything. The place was busy so not only did they get my money but I am sure they rented out the room as soon as the cancellation notice came in. Shame on businesses like this. I would think hotels.com would not have hotels that have a no-refund policy.
