"Our stay at Excellence El Carmen was incredible. Outstanding service, food, beaches, and pools. Our two-story room was fantastic. Cocktails and drinks were made to perfection. Being apart of the Excellence Club is a must. We got to experience the Spa’s hydrotherapy and enjoy a couple’s massage. Our favourite experience was the romantic dinner on the beach. Already looking forward for our return."

"Property was very clean. Kids loved the waterpark and kids club. One important thing to note is the kids club is open 10-12 then again from 2-5. So there is no all day option."

"Finest was an amazing stay! We took our honeymoon here and was treated like Royalty. The food was great and the adults only pool was amazing. This is also An amazing stay for families. So many fun things to do during the day and great entertainment at night. The best food choices here were the Mexican restaurant, hibachi, Italian, and sushi. We would come back! "
