Clean and tidy hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Hotel located right outside kyobashi metro station and a 5 minute walk to Tokyo station. Very convenient to get to. Would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent and great value hotel in a very convenient central location. Comfortable and good sized room. Very clean. Many sites of interest within walking distance and lots of public transport options close by. Amenable and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel: from the great breakfasts—you can choose Japanese or Western—to the lovely Bach music that quietly plays in the reception area, the hallways and even outside on the block in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly & helpful too.
