Great 4 day stay with kids
Really good service and nice personnel. Great ambience and good breakfast in the common area. Personnel good with the kids also. Rooms are serving as a really good budget alternative to more expensive hotels or traditional Japanese ryokans. Highest recommendations.

Perfect for anyone looking for somewhere safe, comfortable and with knowledge of local activities and events. Keep in mind this is a hostel and not a hotel. Yet this hostel carries amenities akin to hotel standards. Bathrooms are very clean and the property lay out is very easy to navigate. The staff and owners are ready to help you out choosing where to go and what to expect when you get there. Giving more value to this hostel by enhancing the travel experience. I look forward to staying at Hostel Niniroom on my next trip to Kyoto. Thank you for the great experience in Kyoto!!

Chic boutique hotel/hostel.
Stylish and comfortable, good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Shared bathroom facilities were immaculate and we enjoyed riding the bikes available to hire from the hostel.

It was excellent experience staying clean nice guest room in Kyoto. All staffs are friendly and kind. Room has high feeling and big window,,didnt feel squashed 5min walk from station and kamogawa river.

Excellent hostel near Heian-jinja
I loved everything about this hostel. The room was so comfortable and the neighbourhood is a quiet and residential one. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
