改善していただけたら、また泊まりたい。
父の友人2人と両親と5人で宿泊。夕食のボリュームがすごい！思いのほかぐっすり眠れる布団と部屋と食事スタッフさんのサービス精神は良かったです。ただ、朝の挨拶は一切ありません。あと、室内風呂は広くて温度もちょうどでお肌ツルツルです。さすが、美肌の湯！残念なのは、露天風呂は保温がまったく出来ておらず、ほぼ水風呂に近かったです。底に髪の毛の束が沈んでおり怖かった…。風景は、良かったけどこまめに浮いている葉っぱや木の実?や苔を掃除してほしいです。露天風呂までの道中が長すぎて体が冷えます。外の葉っぱが室内風呂まで入ってきていて正直歩きたくないです。あと、朝風呂にも入りましたが7:30位?にスタッフさんが入ってきましたがシャンプーやリンスの補充のために洗い場のボトルを一カ所に集め一辺に補充。体洗ってる人が居ても、一言すみません。でボトル回収。この人も呆れてました。補充が終わったかなー。と思ったら、一カ所にボトルを置いたまま去って行きました。脱衣所もティッシュやゴミ箱がないため、髪の毛がかなり落ちてました。せめて、コロコロを置いて欲しいです。スタッフさんの役目は、補充だけですか?建物や料理や部屋が、立派なのに水回りの衛生面は残念でした。あと、ユニットバスは基本使用不可能ですかね。カーテンやバスマットシャンプー等はなかったです。
