"I cannot say enough about how RIHGA hits all the marks. Atmosphere, comfort, staff politeness and attentiveness and the surrounding shops/restaurants. The hotel even has a subway stop on one of the lower floors to easily travel to different transfer platforms without ever setting foot outside!"

"Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."

"We loved the Mitsui Garden Hotel and would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Osaka. The rooms are lovely and the staff are wonderful. It is in a very convenient location, accessible to both the Metro ( subway) and also buses. We took both forms of transport. There is a lot to see around the hotel which we did not get a chance to because our time there was just too short. So, we will be back!!!! "

"This room was bigger than we thought (3 people). Toilet was separate to the bathroom (great for multiple people sharing a room). Walking distance to Herbis Osaka bus stop so we could take the airport limousine bus to Kansai Airport."
