The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when assistance was sought. Cleaning service was competent, discreet and attentive. I liked the endless supply of bottled drinking water provided by the hotel.

Location: About 5mins walk from the train station. Quite a number of restaurants nearby, there is a 7-11 just across the street and a Lawson nearby too. Room: Toilet was great - strong pressure showerhead/rainfall, heated seat toilet bowl and bathtub is well maintained. toilet amenities provided - shaver, ear digger thing, comb, toothbrush paste. Facilities: There are only 2 levels for the washing machine (total 4 machines) which is always occupied. So we had to walk out to the nearest laundromat, which is about 300m away.

The Hotel is easily walkable to 2 different stations with coffee shops (for your morning coffee though most of them open at around 10/11 only) in the vicinity. They provide as much bottled water as you need and daily housekeeping. When we decided not to make up our room, the housekeeping staff provided us with a package with fresh essentials (i.e. room slippers/towels/robes) The laundry room only has 2 machines and can be found on 2 floors - which means 4 total machines for the whole hotel. We tried to get our laundry done at night but the machines were in use and people were already waiting for their turn. If you really need to get your laundry done, there are 2 public laundromats nearby that would be more convenient but will cost you (1000yen to wash and dry ~10kg) The staff were helpful in helping us arrange to forward our luggage to our next hotel via Yamato Transport (2630yen for 1 big luggage) Overall, a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend staying at Brighton to my family & friends.

This was one of the best hotels. I’m a quiet area but close to multiple subways. The room was a decent size considering and lots of stuff given free for face wash, razors, brush, free water bottles. We never heard other guests and the laundry was a bonus (although you need to do small loads to it all dries). Would come back again for sure!!
