"This is a beautiful property. There is a minor inconvenience that escalators to the onsen and pool are under construction but the elevator works. The natural hot spring baths are amazing and numerous. There are both dry and steam saunas. The grandkids had a great time in the pool with a water slide and played with other children. We had ryokan style rooms with tatami mats making this experience very traditional. The location is very convenient."

"Excellent 4 star hotel, lived up to my expectations. Bit of a walk from the station, but easily walkable, can do mostly underground walkway if necessary. Staff are plentiful and are above and beyond in service. On Premier floor, lounge was a bit of a disappointment, snacks small, but well presented, had to pay if you wanted a glass of wine. Otherwise a great stay."

"Something I rarely do is leaving a wholehearted “positive” experience at a property, after having traveled everywhere. Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo, should be at the very top of their lodging list in Sapporo, given its central location to the Sapporo station, combined with excellent presentation of the rooms, as well as those included amenities. You are welcome! "
