"This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"

"The property was good. Very family oriented with to much to do with kids. A lot af restaurants around the area. The staff is very friendly. Accessible to the water park and Theme park. The thing that I don't like is you have to pay extra for use the hotel pool."
