the onsen is a unique added value. including the Japanese ambience. it could do with renovations and upgrades as some of the facilities do not work anymore.
cleanliness can defintely be improved.

It wasnt a pleasant stay here. Called before the book to make sure whether they have smart tv or not since planning to spend the day chillin at my room, the receptionist say they have but when we check in turn out it was a lie. Its just a normal cable tv. Very disappointing to stay here, the room is too small even when i upgrade to executive room. Not price worthy. The breakfast is also just so so. Def not coming back here.
The bathrooms are disgusting mould growing on the walls, dirt all over the walls, and ceiling, behind the sink is filthy and the towels are very old and stained, service on the restaurant floor was very poor as they don't speak good English, the photos on the website are wayy out of date and the difference between an executive room and normal room is nothing, so I basically paid more money for nothing.

Nice welcoming olace
The staffs are so nice. Especially Win from reception! She is the best. I travel a lot and she is someone that could do anything to help you. The neighborhood is a bit busy. I did not know indonesia well. There is no pedestrian walk road. It is bit dangerouse to walk around.
Thankfully I have explicitly requested for a room with a strong internet connection. Imagine my disappointment when the room I was assigned had very poor internet connection. Called teh front desk, which informed me that teh room with strong internet signal is an upgrade category. But, I told them I had specifically requested for a strong internet since I have to work from the room and if the original room assigned did not even have a signal which would enable me to access the internet, then the hotel would not have performed on their promise. After some delay, I was transferred to a room which has stronger wifi connection. So, in teh end, I was satisfied that a potentially disastrous issue, was resolved to my satisfaction. Just a note to management reading this, please upgrade your wifi signal throughout your hotel in order for a strong and stable internet connection.
