The location is on the beach so property has a good location and close to other restaurants and shopping. The room was clean but a little out of date. The pool was nice. We had to wait until after 3pm to check in and waited in the lounge area. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold, dry or old, i.e. the salad was over a day old. The eggs were not made to order, and the rice was hard and cold. I f you get there after 9 am they do not provide fresh food.

Only worth your money if its 50USD/night
Bathtub is broken, staff cannot fix and did not provide a room change. Limited parking spaces, have to park in another parking space across the hotel with no security staff or cctv to ensure your car is safe. Brekfast also not worth the price. However, the staff is polite and nice In summary, this hotel is not worth your money. It should be 50 USD/night.

Nice place, with some improvements to be made
Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good bed and pillows. However, room maintenance, as in most places in Thailand, isn’t worthy of a 4.5 star hotel (the sitting in the private pool was falling appart, shower was worn out, etc.). As for the breakfast, most of it was cold (pancakes and French toasts looked good, but not on a stove). It’s also too bad that there is no shading at the main pool, way too hot to stay there in the afternoon.

We will, We will Rock you.
Quite hotel and close to the center of Huahin. Private beach and Big Pool. Good Dinner set and value to money. Also Good Breakfast but the Parking area is not comfortable for access and few area. Another thing should aware on this hotel is no elevator. If you have big luggage, please ask the staff helping you if your room is 2nd or 3rd fl. Overall is okay and good services.

The Hotel staff were superb as we were there whilst covid 19 was on .They kept the hotel open in the end just for us. The standard of service and concern from the staff for us was beyond my expectation. Serving us a la carte food and organising food at night when everwhere around was closing down. A great thankyou to M all at the Rock.

The room was dirty and had bad smelling, Jacuzzi in room J2 looked never used to be cleaned and water in it smelled very bad, very loud noise from air-conditioner, The door couldnt lock properly and alarm always rang . But all staff was very good and helpful(Superb service). Nice location.

The hotel is pretty old and lack of maintenance.I booked 3rooms for myself and my family. Bed linens in every room had bad smell. Amenities, welcome drink and breakfast were so so despite the claim of being 4.5 star hotel. Breakfast had very small variety and not up to standard of even 4stars. Staffs also provided limited services as there were not enough staffs comparing to number of guests during peak hours especially for breakfast and check in hours. The only 2 good things of this hotel to us are location and room size.

Built on three levels there is no lift making it difficult for people with disabilities or who have problems with stairs. The in-house restaurant serves good food including a decent breakfast but closes at 9:30, including room service, which can be problematic if you prefer to dine later in the evening or if you want a midnight snack. Additionally for a beach resort the actual beach itself was extremely disappointing and really not worth bothering with at all. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful but most of them speak very little English making communication quite difficult. The Rock is also situated a long way from town with very little amenities close by and although the resort does provide a shuttle into town three times a day it only goes one way and you have to find your own way back and that can get expensive after a while as it has to be by taxi. All in all it's about a 6 out of 10

It is a boutique hotel categorized for best personal services. Many points that you mentioned about the size. It is something that not comparable to big mass hotels. We are great for who we are and we do not try to be something we are not. In this case, our small boutique resort has our own strength and charm which we believe that big mass hotels cannot provide to our guests. We are away from crowd. Kind regards

The hotel itself, it does not feel like it has been kept at all. There are gaps in the doors and we had ants, mosquitos and geckoes in our room. We actually went out and bought some bug spray to try and keep them all out. We tried to have a shower, however there was such poor shower pressure and hot water that I called down to the desk about it. They sent someone up rather quickly who took the shower head off and gave it a good clean, however it did not really fix the issue. It really needs a deep clean, you can tell things are wiped down but under that it is still dirty. We also had a few security issues and made sure we locked out suit cases every time we left the room. The staff were not friendly and ignored us on multiple occasions as they were too busy sitting on the floor behind the front desk using their phones. Over all i would not stay here again and would not recommend. I wish i spent my money elsewhere.

We do mention on your balcony door for closing the door while guest out side (on balcony to avoid insect or lizard entering the room since our resort surround by garden. Regarding the shower issue we do deep cleaning right after, our security system are very secure here, we got our lost and found department, those guest forgotten goods in the resort are well kept we announce to our guest time to time those goods found out side of the guest rooms, we did return gold, mobile phone, and some many other valuables thing. and in the guest rooms are safety box available for all guest. at the moment our rate for -Room Bed 95%, Location 93 % and our restaurant 88 % so other reader has a good and proper information about our property that we are under serenatahotels.com once again apologize for any inconveniences during your stay with us, we are pleased to assist you at any time you may need with our love and care.

What i like about this hotel is that they are able to provide comfortable environment yet quiet place to stay. All the lobby staff were friendly and helpful to make my stay greater than expected. Only three floors with no elevator but that is not a problem. The swimming pool area were unfortunately under renovation so the view wasn't great but it was a beachside hotel so the beach is assessable just a few steps away from the poolside. I would definitely come back to this hotel again, everyone was so friendly and the place is clean and pretty. Great for those who are seeking insta-spot hotels

I like the fact that it’s close to the beach, when we first checked in they were nice. But once we got to the room we had ants and there was a lizard! We called the front desk an they cleaned up the ants but didn’t offer us another room or anything the lizard was still somewhere in the room. Then when we checked out they charged me “damaged” fee I did my walk though before I left there was nothing damaged I was shocked but at the same time I was upset and just wanted to leave I will not be coming back to this hotel! This hotel is very dirty!

This is a fantastic hotel. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, I like the king bed very much. It’s big enough for my 2 year old son to roll around. The pool view is very beautiful. I’d took a lot of nice photo by the pool especially during sun rise. The breakfast was well too. A place for relax! Bravo!

Good place to relax
Good location. Next to to the beach, but not a good place for swim because strong wind.

Staff were excellent but our room B3 wasn’t in good condition . The taps were leaking and bits were falling apart in bathroom . I also don’t understand why there is a gap between the doors so the mossis can come in .

Great hotel
The staff deliver a first rate servcie where nothing is too much trouble. Our room was huge and in great condition. The hotel was a little way our from the centre but there was a shuttle but and the green busses were very inexpensive. There seems to be a community of people who stay for several weeks year on year.
