Very accommodating
We traveled as a group on bicycles - hotel allowed us to store bikes in basement garage. Very clean hotel. Rooms on small side. Great location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great variety at breakfast. Would stay again.

Nice hotel close to station in Hsinchu
Stayed one night during a holiday weekend, helpful friendly staff (came up and helped me set up the TV, I had some issues). Nice room overlooked the park (deluxe double, highly recommend). Lots of variety at breakfast.

唯一一個小小缺點：浴缸沒有浴簾，而應該是設計來遮水的一片壓克力板不夠遮，洗完澡浴室地板會噴很濕。好在地板是有紋路的石面不會滑，且開抽風機很快就乾了。

Great Location, Comfortable, Decent Breakfast
I enjoyed my stay at Shin Yuan. The staff is friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent with many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The breakfast was good too. The room door is a little thin (could hear others opening and closing doors outside), and the lights in the room are a bit bright for me (I prefer some dim soft lighting at night). Would stay here again.

Business hotel in a good location
A business hotel in a quiet lane. The room was a little small and the shower area was a little dangerous to climb in and out especially if you were an elderly tenant. The surroundings were pretty with many eating options - so that was a big plus point.

Conveniently located to public transit, this Japanese style hotel was much more than expected! Comfortable bed, modern and clean, fine breakfast and a very kind staff. Front desk arranged taxis two days, walked me to the car door and bowed as I left. That is exceptional service!

We really enjoy the stay. Breakfast was great! It would have been excellent on all accounts if it has its own gym and open early not at 7 across the street.

Nice area of Hsinchu
The room was a bit small and bland, but the bathroom was nice. The soundproofing could have been better done, a lot of noise in the hallway kept me awake. Breakfast was quite good. The area was very convenient to the station and very nice. Excellent location.

Excellent hotel, great area & vibe, plenty to do
Very nice hotel in the downtown area of Hsinchu City. Great service and the staff makes you feel welcome as they would say "Hi" everyday. Lots of shopping and excellent restaurants in this busy area of the city. The hotel has some staff that speaks English. They will call a taxi if you need one and go out to it with you to tell the driver where you want to go. This is very important as most taxi drivers don't speak much English. The breakfast offers many types of food to please all. Would recommend staying there and I would again if I ever get the chance.

Close to Train Station
5 mins walk to train station for out of city excursions. 2 mins stroll to shopping mall and within 10 mins walk to famous Hsinchu local street food Centre. Room size is just about right for a family of four.

The hotel is situated near hsinchu train station with about 5 to 8 mins of walking. Room and bed was nice. Family mart was just beside the hotel and the temple was about 7 mins of walking distance. Overall it was ok

Good location hotel with friendly staff.
Had great experience at Shin Yuan Park Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was at good location with walking distance to the Hsinchu train station and Sogo store. Unfortunately, the hotel was under refurbishment at time of stay and was little noisy in day time, and the shower was also difficult to climb in. Breakfast was pretty good for this 3 star hotel with varieties of western and eastern dishes. As requested, they also arranged hotel shuttle limousine for us which was very convenient though the in and outward trip was priced differently even we traveled on the same vehicle model. Anyway, had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Love the friendly staff. The breakfast choice isn't as much but very nice food. We booked the 4 person room. Rooms are newly renovated. Not very spacious but comfortable. Facade is still under renovation therefore it's noisy in the morning during our stay. Some interior also under renovation But did not affect us much. Walking distant to railway station so very convenient for free n easy trip. Shopping centres and restaurants are all over once you step out of the hotel. Cheng Huang Miao Night Market is about 5 mins walk away! Highly recommended.

Overall Nice 2d1n stay
Nothing much to hang around in this area, maybe we didn't really plan well on where to go in hsinchu. Only went the 2 SOGO. And the night market around temple. Hotel room is surprisely big & nice, something that can't be expected from the outside. Overall nice experience here.

The Wifi would drop out randomly. We had to complain before the aircon was switched to heating. It was cooling down only while the outside temperature was below 14 degrees C!

Excellence and good location if you are staying in HsinChu city which is near the railway station. The hotel room we stay in is very spacious and comfortable with good and courteous staffs at your service and good variety of dishes serving for breakfast.
