Great hotel for a family. Convenient and great location. Great pool and filtered tap water and little fridge were really helpful. Would definitely go again if/when staying in Hong Kong.

It was very convenient to have a mall entrance run right into the hotel. The place was nice and quite honestly worth every penny.

The hotel is just fantastic, prime location, you can walk to Jordan in 30 minutes!, a massive shopping mall at the door, and great facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room included! The staff is so helpful and they let us check out at 12 pm at no extra cost! Highly recommended.

Hotel is connected to mtr east line via the moko shopping centre. This makes it easy to move around, north or south. Street markets are 10 min walk away. Very quite inside room, except air con, but get used to that.

This is the fourth time i stay in this hotel! Overall I am very satisfied until this time I do have one complaint about the rude concierge staffs. When asked to make/suggestion for transportation to airport he has his attitude when replying my question! Not happy with it!

Can’t charge expenses to room made this not an ideal place to stay for business. Inexperienced front desk staff, all rest of the hotel staffs are friendly and somewhat helpful. Not an ideal place for those haven’t experienced Hong Kong culture before. Fantastic and good value stay for families on holiday with friends or relatives living in HK

Super convenient location as it’s connected to Moko mall and the MTR! We love the family room as it has an excellent view of the city and it is clean with a modern look. There’s a swimming pool and jacuzzi with a family changing room with shower facility. A pity the jacuzzi was closed while we were there.

We stayed this hotel on 12 Mar for 1 night. I have complained the bed was too soft and bouncy. I have requested a firm bed on 14 Mar after I return from Macau. To my surprise, the hotel has arranged to place a wooden plank on the bed instead, oh my god, this hard bed not firm, anyway has it removed. The hotel has renovated and upgraded the exterior should also invest to new bed and toiletries. Overall the hotel is good, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has responded to my request and need. Will come back again to stay here

Everything was good in this hotel. Location, cleanliness, polite and helpful staff. Many Hong Kong hotel don’t have big room for family, this hotel have 2 queen bed rooms. The only downsize is the bed, too soft for me.

All their staff are very efficient at every single touch point. The replies were fast. Staff put in effort to make our stay as convenient and comfortable. We are a group of friends travelling with 2 toddlers, and the staff helped us to clean the room fast.

The hotel is collocated with the MOKO shopping mall, MTR (Monk Kok East) station & bus terminal. It makes it super convenient to travel to other places. Also the MOKO shopping mall is fairly big with quite a few good fashion retail shops as well as many cafes & restaurants. It is the best hotel, in terms of convenience, that I have stayed. Room is also spacious, clean and well layout. Will come back again if I am visiting HK again.

We were at the htl at 1340hrs and were told that our rm will be ready abt 15 to 20 mins. We waited at the lobby and abt 20mins later, Ms Niki came to me with our rm's cards. There was a welcome msg for my son's birthday. We took A21 fr airport & alighted at Argyle ctr (50mins). Use the overhead bridge tat is link to the Htl / Moko Mall. Will stay at Royal Plz again for my next trip.
