Like: hotel and room are clean. easy known by taxi. dislike: hotel did not follow guest booking instructions. requested for high floor and booked queen bed but did not realized. hotel is too deep inside the small street.
Nice hotel and staff were very helpful. Hotels .com took our booking for 3 but there was only one small bed in a very small room. We were offered an upgrade at an extra cost which I wasn’t happy about and had to all sleep in a king sized bed on the first night. The staff did everything they could to help and upgraded us to an appropriate room for the rest of our stay for free . Very good service from the hotel but not so much from hotels.com again.

great location situated at busy district 1. walking distance to nearby convenience shop, dining café . It also very near little japan where you can grab a bowl of ramen ! Great staff and nice hotel.
