"Upon entering the room I checked for cleanliness as I do all hotels. I pulled back the sheets and they were full of hair. There was no one on duty so I called. I explained my dilemma to the lady on the phone. She apologized and directed me to some fresh linens. I was very disappointed that this is how my stay began. I chose this hotel based on ratings and reviews. The amount of money was paid for two days, this is unacceptable. I should not have to change sheets from the previous guest. "

"The bar had nothing stocked and was hardly open. The hot water was out for 2 of the days I was there. I complained about it and the front desk just said they would let the maintenance know the following day. It was at 4:30 pm, it had been oily since that morning. "

"Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC. I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in the room (like, at least 5/6 that I could see). Hotel elevator was also a little dirty. Overall, a very average mid-level hotel stay. Staff was very kind and professional."
