The description and the pictures online made the property look new and well maintained. However, upon entry laid in the evening after a long day of travel and no time to find a new place, we stayed some place less than desirable due to the condition the hotel, the unfriendliness of the front desk, dirty carpets throughout damage to walls generally no pride shown in this property, especially as a choice hotel

Location is good for travelers, but this place was very disappointing for this price range. Food quality at breakfast was poor and front desk service was poor or nonexistent most of the time during my stay. I waited 10 mins. to check out while the front desk clerk chit chatted with another employee!! Lots of walls and doors with paint scrapings. Overall, hideously understaffed hotel… they have to lock the front door at night because they don’t have a front desk clerk working and there were no signs to tell you what I was supposed to do standing outside the front door locked out at 11 PM. Lots of competition around so I would not stay here during any future visits.

Check in on Saturday: I reserved what I thought was a double queen but in fact they were double full size beds. My husband who is 6'3" would have fit comfortable in a queen (as we needed double beds and a king size room would not accommodate us), spotted a ROACH when he got up that morning at 3am. Which made it hard for me to go back to sleep. We checked out at 10am Sunday morning and I waited for management to call me to discuss my concerns as I was told they would. I have not heard anything as of date. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming in from out of town. If you see one roach there are probably more. I did not eat the continental breakfast nor drink the complimentary coffee. I was extremely disappointed.

Took the front desk staff a little bit to actually show up behind the desk at 8pm check in. I booked through Expedia and filtered for " pet friendly " what they dont tell you is that its 30$ extra per pet... Even when he took my personal card to put on file the front desk did not mention it until I left hotel and had a charge... So be mindful of that. Other wise hotel was ok, Throw up stains from pets on the chair in the room, and carpet torn up on edges of wall. Breakfast bar was nice.

A perfectly fine hotel for a quick overnight stay while traveling. Front desk staff were all great and efficient. Our room was quiet and clean. Breakfast options offered the basics, nothing fancy, but enough to be satisfied before hitting the road. Pool appears to be under repairs and not usable.
