The sisters that work the morning and afternoon shifts are fabulous! The check in was easy and our room was absolutely as expected! Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable with lots of space. The breakfast was wonderful and the little patio to sit at was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this property

Florence stay

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and responded to any queries or requests efficiently. We arrived quite late but the hotel had sent extensive instructions on how best to travel from the train station to the hotel as well as how to access the room once we arrived. The breakfast was perfect - it had a range of cereals, pastries etc and a fantastic coffee. It is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We checked in and the host showed us around our room and give us a map of all of the attractions, and the best restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also nice and the staff helped us out with booking a taxi to the train station. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely time.

I loved my stay at 3110 art hotel and would definitely stay again! Andreas and the girls were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very charming, we had the room with the patio (the one with the guys on bikes shown in the pictures), super clean, breakfast was good. The hotel has a mixed vibe of the past and present which makes it cool! The elevator is one of those old ones that you close both doors, but it works! The location was ok, we had to walk a lot to find restaurants, it's not close to tourism attractions, it's near to the Campo de Marte train station, 10 minutes walking.

Highly recommended individual hotel.

2 night stay for a family sight seeing trip. Good location approx. 20 minute walk from the centre. Don't be put off by the entrance, a simple but tastefully decorated hotel with good sized rooms and a terrace where you can have breakfast. No reception after 9.00PM which we'd forgotten about but Andrea called and made sure we could get into the hotel, very helpful and professional.

Lovely hotel for 1-2 nights. Our room had a very cute balcony. Only problem for me was the super tiny shower, I guess it’s how is in Italy, but for Me and my husband, both are very tall (6’2 and 5’8), was a struggle to shower. Breakfast was ok. I wish they could add a few more options and some cream cheese. But I would definitely go back!
