The staff was so incredibly kind and friendly. Also if you get Bali belly, the hotel will send a doctor to your room and administer treatment in-room so you do not miss out on your vacation. "Very quiet and a lot of tall trees. We can walk around for exercise. Good size pool and clean. Daily trip to Ubud town is very good but should make it shorter like 4 hours instead of almost 8 hours."

"The room is spacious with balcony, the bathroom has both bath tub and shower. Complimentary airport shuttle is available! That saved a lot of hassle! Breakfast was decently widespread, with both Indonesian style and Western/Chinese cuisine. Nice pool area within the hotel and just less than 5 mins walk to the Kuta Beach! Plenty of food options along the streets too! Very conveniently located."
