1-BED ROOM THAT I STAYED IN: PRICE: Not much cheaper than nice hotels in Danang. QUALITY: The room is pretty old, not well cleaned. The bed height made me feel like I was laying on a mattress placed in the middle of the room. Wifi was not at all high speed. Door was not soundproof, so I could hear people stepping down the stairs all the time (as the hotel requested all to place shoes in the shelves downstair, they used slippers, OMG it was loud).

The staffs are very friendly. Many time I asked something to staffs, they answered with smile. Thank you. Bad side lamp was a little bit weak. But it’s good hostel totally!

Good enough.
I had big single room with large bathroom with tv and air conditioner. Got bit by mosquitoes often in breakfast room. Free breakfast but never got sausage with eggs as advertised. One morning received wet, dirty utensils. One breakfast never received fruit as advertised and another day got two small apple slices. Staff helpful but they don't speak English very well.

부모님과 조 부모님을 모시고 갔는데 체크인 마감시간이 되지 않은(새벽 1시 전) 상태로 처음 도착했을 때 철문이 내려가 있어서 첫 인상이 그리 좋지 않았습니다. 그런데 들어갔을 때 체크인 하는 저 포함 5명의 여권을 개인 핸드폰으로 촬영을 하길래 물어보니 그 이유는 우리의 입국을 당국에 알리기 위함이라고 합니다. 시스템이 발달되지 않은 숙박업소라 그런지는 모르겠는데 핸드폰으로 찍다보니 개인정보 유출에 대한 두려움도 크더군요. 또한 2인실 하나와 3인실 하나를 예약 했는데 3인실은 그냥 침대 하나를 추가해주는 것에 대한 의견만 묻던데, 시설 상태를 보아하니 기대가 되지 않아서 그냥 괜찮다고 했습니다. 카운터나 방으로 가는 길도 너무 불편해요. 그리고 방에 들어가는 순간, 역시나!! 정말 실망이 컸어요. 사진에서 보이는 것들 믿지마세요. 이불, 수건, 이불 커버 전부 위생상태 엉망이고, 화장실은 말할 것도 없습니다. 에어컨 소리는 어찌 그렇게 큰지 잠을 못잘정도였습니다. 화장실에 구비 되어있던 휴지도 찢어져있고, 샴푸통은 썩기 일보직전이었어요. 얼마나 지저분하면 양치질 중 구역질이 계속 나왔습니다.(목젖에 닿지도 않았는데 말이죠./칫솔도 포장돼 있었지만 그냥 직접 챙겨간 것으로 양치했습니다.) 정말 어느 정도냐 하면은, 저희 모두 잠옷으로 갈아 입지도 않은 상태로 눕고 가방도 멘 상태로 잤습니다. 방음? 기대도 마세요. 어차피 반나절 묵는거니까 싼 맛에 갔지만 이건 뭐 ‘싼 값을 하네’라는 말도 안 나올 정도예요. 공짜로 자라 해도 안 갈 것 같습니다. 숙박 업소에서 이 글을 본다면 전부 리뉴얼 하시길 바랍니다. 이건 친절하게 대한다고 되는게 아니라고 봐요. 기본적으로 돈을 받고 손님을 모시는 업소라면 손님이 편안한 기분과 상쾌한 마음으로 하루하루를 보내기를 바라며 관리를 해야 될 텐데 그런 부분들이 전혀 안 돼 있으니 고칠 부분들이 정말 많다고 생각합니다.

2日宿泊予定でしたが、天候が悪いことも合わせて1泊で移動しました(ダナンのビーチでのんびりする予定だった為)。泊まったフロアのトイレとシャワーの鍵が壊れたまま、ベッドまわりの掃除も行き届いてない、ベッドのカーテンもぼろぼろ、ロッカーはあるがカギを紛失して使えない。安かろう悪かろうですね。

ここではチェックインの時にパスポートを預けることなっているのですがチェックアウトの時にパスポートを返却してもらおうと思ったらパスポートはもう返したと言われ、パスポートをなくされました。結局パスポートはゲストハウス側が別の日本人宿泊者に私のパスポートを間違って渡していて別の日本人の方に帰ってきてもらえなかったら危うく出国できないところでした。またここではサイトには書いてなかったのですが一泊100000ドンチャージ料金を払わなければなりません。 トイレやシャワー室の扉は壊れていたり、小さなありが気になりました。さらに1kg3万ドンのランドリーサービスを利用したのですがしわしわで生乾きのままでなぜか短パンが汚れていて臭くてしかも別の人の洗濯物も入っていたりと最悪でした。 スタッフは愛想よく接客していただいたのですがサービス内容が最悪でした。この安さなら仕方ないと言われてもしょうがないのですがおすすめはできません。
