Very dated hotel but great location for exploring the national park near by. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, play space, ping pong, and indoor mini golf. The rooms were clean but common spaces could use major updating and deep cleaning.

Restaurant been close since 2020 ...Hot tub not hot luke warm...My bathroom was perfect but my couch was filled with all different types of stains..it was loud as hell ...peaople in the hallway...it just need someone to sell food there its to far from restaurants

The overall condition of the building an amenities just felt run down and outdated. No option for queen beds so my husband and i had to share a double which was definitely not ideal and wasnt comfortable. There was trash in the can when we checked in, no toiletries provided at all. Not many channel options, paid extra for a balcony and the furniture was janky and outdated and the carpet was old and stained. I stayed at this property about 7 years ago and it has definitely (unfortunately) gone way down hill.

The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of.

I tried to cancel my reservation through Expedia and I had purchased cancellation insurance but was unable to travel for health reasons. I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. I WILL NEVER Book anything through your website. You have screwed me repeatedly. I am not a wealthy person and when I have booked through you I have gotten F$$@ed. I hope to hell that you post this review.

We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. The play structures are in need of a clean, my toddler came off of it filthy, her entire outfit needed clean. Pro: the kids loved it. And the beds are comfy.
