The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.

The staff and breakfast was great. Old property pictures indicated a hot tub, but just be aware it is filled in and covered over. Other than that, the only other issue was that we had queen beds and definitely got full sized beds, which made for a few rough nights of sleep.

It was an average hotel, underwhelm. My room needs some update. I did like that there were no limits to towels a washcloth. The location was extremely convenient for the foods and shopping locations. Like the fact that it was quiet and private.
