稱不上髒，但也不算乾淨！東西頗老舊，浴室的水關不緊，會一直滴水！隔音很差，走道走路聲、隔壁電鈴聲、隔壁沖水聲都還蠻清楚的！對外窗對著隔壁棟的牆面，所以有窗也看不到景色。門窗都關緊，但總是會突然不知道從哪裡冒出一陣煙味！！
