Noisy construction during the day (sometimes we just decided to stay in and cuddle) and made it difficult to enjoy each other after not seeing each other for 5 months. Service at the restaurant was subpar and we were handed dirty pool towels on two different occasions (appeared to be dried blood) coincidence? It took three tries for my room service to be accurate. The sauna was out of service during my entire one week stay! Surely I paid a portion of the operating costs. Decor is extremely tacky and slightly crooked or old and falling apart. Walls had been poorly maintained. There was a handprint (not sure with what substance) on the upholstery in the wall.
