The staff were amazing! Giancarlo, Jorge, and Armando just to name a few. Everything was very clean. I felt the dining/food could be improved on but because it’s all inclusive you could try multiple foods.

We stayed at the Hilton Mar Caribe for a week and we absolutely loved every second! The staff is the best part of this hotel. They are attentive, courteous, and kind people who go beyond out of their way to make sure that all your needs are met. No matter what the request is, they will make sure to satisfy the whatever one needs. The hotel is clean and is full of staff who are constantly working on the grounds making sure that everything looks beautiful and is maintained as clean as possible. The buffet had every possible option that one could want and the food was constantly being refreshed to ensure that there was enough for all guests. The restaurants were all very good and considering this was an all inclusive, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of each restaurant. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a beautiful vacation!! Thank you Hilton!

Carlos, Jorge, Alejandro and Armando along with the entire staff were top notch!! Dining never disappointed service excellent in all areas. Beautiful grounds and very clean hotel in every area. Entertainment and the kids club always had something fun to do. Had a first aid issue that was handled promptly and professionally. We were a group of 13 and had no issues at all, we would definitely vacation here again!
