We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The beds were extremely itchy—possibly due to bed bugs. The shower curtains had mold, the floor was dirty, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. We asked for extra pillows but were told, “whatever is in the room, that’s it.” The key cards were also a hassle—either not working or taking forever to unlock the door. On top of that, the receptionist was not helpful or accommodating. For the price we paid, the quality and service were very disappointing. We would not recommend staying here.

The front desk worker was awful to deal with, wasn’t helpful at all. Will not stay here again. Rooms weren’t clean, the bedding was stained and looked dirty.

Requested a late check out for 1:00 and they still woke me up at 11:00am, then said late check out was only for 12:00… I came for stampede so I got 0 sleep. Don’t make that option available if it’s not please.

The property charged us before we arrived stating it was their policy. When asked to show the policy they were unable to show it and gave us the run around saying management would do it but days later they never provided such policy. The bathroom tiles were lifting and the rooms were set up with your head hitting the picture frame. The beds were uncomfortable and the experience was not one me or to family will ever repeat. I’ve been to Super 8 before a good experience, but after this we will book elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were not professional and friendly . The room was cold and uncomfortable. The bed sheet looked old and worn out, like from the 1960s — it didn’t feel fresh or clean. The room was dark and not cozy at all. On top of that, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 AM and woke me up to check out. And I was checking last night at 2am. — I don’t understand why they woke me up ?? It was look like they kicked me out from the hotel because she needs to clean the room! Terrible! Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend it.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first room we checked in smelled very bad. I am not sure where that smell came from but we couldn't stay in it two nights in a row. We ended moving into another room for the following night. The second room was better but still had that smell. This was my second time staying at a Super 8 and it will not happen again.

The manager sagar Singh was horrible. First he accosted me to leave the room when I was packing after a later check out since I couldn’t sleep with smelly musky room and light coming through the blinds. Then he literally wanted to kick me out of the hotel into the streets saying I couldn’t stay longer than 20 minutes in the lobby but to hotel policy which I find bizarre. Despite me telling himmmy shuttle was arriving at 3pm he was very unsympathetic and I was totally stressed sitting there on the verge of being kicked out. He said I could go stay at McDonalds when I told him I had no place to go. I would never ever recommend staying at this place. It was horrible and traumatic. This person had no managerial skills and should NOT be a manager under any circumstances! His behaviour tantrum is very poor!
