廚房只有微波爐烤箱可使用，電熱磁爐是鎖起來不供使用的，其餘設備很完善，住5天只會來打掃一次，浴巾毛巾每天會房門口，有兩間浴室，有三間房間其中一間沒有隱私權，但對4個人而言，非常的寬、舒適,地板還有地熱，冬天很舒服

The accomodation was very spacious with a great ocean view. There were also many amenities within the accommodation. There were many staff within the lobby to guide us to the check-in counter and to our accommodation, and we had no difficulty with the check-in process.

Once you get to the room it’s great, the check in process though is confusing, it’s a small desk on level B4 so so when you enter you have to figure out how to find that without much assistance, but once we did the check in was quick and the rooms are amazing, place is very busy but that makes sense since it’s gigantic with probably several thousand people staying there at anytime.

Lovely spacious apartment, amazing view. Good supply of bottled water and fresh towels. Only disappointment was that the room was advertised as having hot tub but there was a sign on it saying cannot be used due to hygiene reasons.

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan.
