일반 주거용 오피스텔 형태라 갖춰진 기기가 많은 것이 가장 좋았음.(각종 조리기구 및 식기류, 심지어 세탁기까지!!) 이 숙박료 대에 얼음을 직접 얼려 먹을 수 있는 호텔은 사실 몇 없음. 조금 아쉬운 점은 욕실 청소 및 용품 비치는 조금만 더 신경 써줬으면 함. 칫솔 치약같은 일회용 류 없는거는 이미 알고 예약한거라 불만은 없었지만 2명 예약한 방에 배스 타월이 한 장 뿐이었던 것은 문제였음. 수건 퀄 자체도 조금 낮은 편이었고...그리고 좌변기 청소도 살~~짝 아쉬움. 디테일하게 설명하진 않겠음. 그럼에도 전체적 인상 정말 좋은 객실이었고, 재방문 의사 있음👍👍

위치는 좋아요 근처에 편의시설 해리단길 있어서 좋았음. 객실은 그럭 저럭, 그런데 청결함이 떨어지는거 같네요. 객실내 물 포트나 테이블및 먼지 많았어요.

가성비만 만족!
구 시타딘에 대한 인상이 좋았어요. 가성비가 우선 괜찮아서 결정하는데 비중이 컸죠. 예약 후 숙박당일 안내까지 소통도 괜찮았고요. 근데 가서보니까 이전과는 다소 다른 환경이 기다리고 있더군요. 우선 6층에 있던 프런트가 지하1층에 임시로 있고요. QR코드로 여는 스마트키 작동이 잘 안 돼서 그냥 카드키로 썼고, 객실까지 이동가능한 엘리베이터 카드키도 3호기에서 인식불가, 객실상태도 이전과는 다른 분위기가 체감됐습니다. 외벽 창문 상단에 경첩이 떨어져있는 걸 모르고 열었다가 깜놀! 욕실 청결상태도 이전과는 다른 느낌! 취사도구나 기타 부분들에 큰 문제는 없었지만 확실히 구 시타딘과는 비교적 떨어지는 관리상태에 다소 실망하지 않을 수 없었습니다. 대실형태의 객실 운용도 그렇고 회사에 문제가 있는 것으로 보이는데, 속히 정상화되기를 바랍니다. 이번에 가보고 다음에 또 가고 싶은 마음이 생기진 않았거든요. 솔직히.
