A bit walking distance to the closest convenience shop

We were put in a room that was below the road level. From the external glass door we were exposed to the street foot and car trafic and from the upper offices across the road. We had to keep the external door locked and the curtain drawn. We constantly heard street noise and people coming and going through the entrance. The air-conditioner had a thumping noise so we had to turn it off we had no other heating. The bathroom exhaust fan did not extract the steam even with the door slightly open. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. When I opened the cupboard the ironing board fell out and hit me. The receptionist was nice but could not help except to report to managment. We heard nothing.

Not bad at all, but could have been great. I wasn't sure how the contactless process would go, but it was well organised & easy. The room was quite nice and there was plenty of parking. But there were several issues: my room was right next to one of the building entrances, so all I heard for hours was slamming doors. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom which others have mentioned. Finally, it was very awkward leaving in the morning - you need the swipe card to exit the carpark, but have to drop it in the return box and run back to your car before the gate closes. Too bad if you get locked in without your pass! Instead I parked around the corner, re-entered the building and dropped the pass off - way too risky & this needs to change. But I would consider staying here again.

When I did the "After- Hours" check in my husband & I were only given 1 key in the drop box so this meant only 1 person could leave the apartment. There was NO staff there until Monday morning. I find this a bit strange.. The apartment itself was perfect & was in a great location.

This property needed a little TLC in the bathroom. Patch work in plaster not finished obviously to cover holes. Mould in silicone etc around shower. But otherwise great location. Walking distance to City and West End. Plenty of dining options around. Would stay sgain.

Thank you for the stay We were a little dissapointed with the facility - Not only was the room not stocked with conditioner or wine glasses, but the tea and coffee was terrible also. The room was incredibly noisy also, between doors staff and traffic outside. I also had placed some personal items into one of the bins in the bathroom - unaware that the staff would enter and bin them .After contacting assistance firther for this outside hours, I was sent a text telling me to 'Dumpster dive' in the communal bin to retrieve my items!! I should be invoicing you for the loss of the items.

There was no Netflix which is unbelievable and there wasn’t enough download strength to stream movies on you tube. The shower door squealed loudly when opening and closing and would not shut properly. There should be double glazing on external doors and windows as the traffic noise was very loud Tony Maine

HDMI input 1 didn't work properly (had red lines) on the Hisense TV in 23A but HDMI input 2 worked. Possibly haunted, the power box door opened by itself 3 times when I wasn't looking.

This is a great little Apartment hotel, very convenient location to the south bank attractions . Ei: Queensland Museum, Miramar cruise/ Lone pine Koala sanctuary. Clean room with studio kitchen and great little pool... it does need a bit of tile repair in few places..but other wise very nice. I definitely recommend this Hotel..

The bed was very comfortable. The room looked clean. There was a couple of maintenance issues, such as a dodgy light switch and the balcony door being difficult to lock. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been great. And, a larger rubbish bin in the main room would have been nice. Having an iron and board available was good, as was the couple of clothes hangers. The check in and out process was marvellous.
