Clean and well presented apartment in a fantastic location. Short walk to southbank parklands and all the entertainment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient parking and easy check in process. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We just spent 5 nights here as a family of 3. We enjoyed the location as it is close enough to Southbank and West End to walk most places if you want to. It is refreshing to stay at a property where you can easily park your car while you check in. And then to be given an allocated parking space which makes life so much easier when it's a really busy period of time. Check-in was easy but there is no information about what's nearby or the property facilities in the room. Out only issue was air conditioning wasn't working properly and couldn't be fixed as we were staying over the new year period. We will definitely recommend the property to friends and family and stay again.
