Experience started off by struggling to get the lock box code. Finally get it 90 minutes before check in. Then when I arrive, I struggle to find where the building with the lock box is as the instructions provided were not clear at all.
After a nightmare start, finally get into the flat which is in a lovely location with lots of restaurants near by along with an asda, cinema, casino and bowling.
The apartment itself is spacious and clean. However, storage cupboard was full of cardboard boxes, there was no toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea and there was only one bin bag. A huge issue is that you can get fined for not cleaning dishes or taking bins out.
The rooms themselves were nice, however one of them did not have air-conditioning so was very hot in there. The bathrooms also had terrible showers, the shower head was so heavy that it wouldn't stay upright so had to hold it to have a shower. The water also went cold quickly and there was no way to tell how to turn the hot water on.
They leave you a piece of paper with the wifi password, but that is hidden away inside a cabinet which is not obvious, and they also leave the manuels on how to use the kitchen so have to go through it all. Would have been better to create a simplified one. Overall, I'd only recommend the location, however the pier would be better. Checkout was also stupidly early and check in late.
