Room was soaked in urine with heavy smell. Exit door (door 3) was barricaded with a sign and cones saying not to use. Checked out immediately and went to another hotel.

Hotel is okay if you’re just looking for a place sleep for the night and your used to roughing it. Shower had no drain cover and the curtain to the shower doesn’t work correctly and if you’re not careful, you will put water on the floor. The carpet in the rooms are fairly dirty, but that’s probably because it’s been there for awhile. Then there’s the welcome committee of homeless people on the back fence of the property. If they would help the homeless relocate somewhere else and put a little work into the rooms, like the bathrooms and the floor, maybe laminate would help, but this hotel would be a good place to stay for a few days. Also need to fix the cable.

Rooms are tiny with dirty carpet. First room had filthy sheets on one bed so we moved to another and that one had a cracked window. Overpriced place to sleep. Management appears to be running the place into the ground by spending near zero on upkeep. Wish I would have went elsewhere.

This property does a really great job at doing what they can for their guest. Very friendly upon check-in willing to help you out during your stay extra towels what not there’s also a breakfast bar in the morning with actual food and not just prepackaged items that other places have. Now it is definitely an older facility, so keep that in mind, But the showers have really great water pressure so that’s a huge plus for me. I’d say expect Super 8 accommodations with Marriott/Hyatt customer service. Lastly, the area is less than to be desired. It’s right off the freeway close to other inexpensive hotels, so just keep that in mind.

The lady who checked me in was a little rude when I asked to check out an hour late. We checked in after 2 AM so I asked if I can get an hour for the kids to rest.

We found hair in our bed and the whole place felt dirty with dirty carpet and a funny smell and really saggy beds. And when we tried to leave and get a refund, they made it incredibly difficult and still not refunded me my money. Thoroughly unsatisfied do not recommend this location to stay at at all

When we arrived, there was no toilet paper. The desk brought up one roll for 4 people. The carpet was so soiled by the TV area, I wouldn't step on it without shoes. The toilet handle was about to fall off and the sink stopper was disconnected. The TV and wi-fi were not working, due to a storm that knocked it out the day before. Good breakfast! Friendly staff. You decide.

Homeless person slept under our car. The bathroom was dirty. And even though we had booked a teo night stay, they locked us out of our room after the first night. We had to go to the office and have our room keys re-entered into the system.
