I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Quarto estavam limpos, porém com alguns mofos no banheiro. Café da manhã com grande variedade. Vale ressaltar que fica no grande centro de BH, estacionamento pago e se estiver lotado terá de estacionar em outro estacionamento nas proximidades.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Bom!

O hotel é bem localizado, fica no centro de BH, em uma Avenida principal. Escutamos barulhos da rua, mas nada que impeça dormir. Em relação aos funcionários, pessoas muito gentis, educadas e prestativas. Sobre o café da manhã, é bem servido e ao mesmo tempo restrito. Há bastante frutas, sucos, água..., no entanto não há diversidade em relação ao café em si. São servidos apenas pães, não há raízes (aipim, batata doce), banana cozida, cuscuz (embora entenda que não é regional), tapioca, omelete, só pães mesmo. Além disso, não atende a uma pessoa com intolerância a glúten ou a lactose. Acredito que este é um ponto que precisa melhorar.

Minha estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa, desde os funcionários super atenciosos ao café da manhã perfeito, com toda atenção do metre que não lembro o nome. Limpeza do quarto perteita, sendo realizada todos os dias tbm e apesar do hotel ser no centro me senti muito segura no entrar e sair do hotel.

Se não quiser dormir hospede-se no Financial..

Se você quiser passar noites sem dormir hospede-se neste hotel. Nas duas noites que passei nele, se dormi 4 HS por noite foi muito. Os quartos que fiquei ( 2 quartos diferentes) eram perto dos elevadores . Não se dorme !!! O barulho se assemelha a de um avião decolando. Em conversa com o rapaz da portaria ( quando desci para reclamar) ele disse que o elevador sobe e desce mesmo sem ninguem chamar. Até 1 - 2 HS da madrugada o movimento no hotel é grande então o barulho é terrível. Por volta de 6 HS da manhã recomeça. Na minha opinião este hotel deveria ser interditado. No dia que chegamos a água era fria, haviam desligado a caldeira e só por volta de 22 HS a água quente voltou. No segundo dia, mudei de quarto, o telefone que fala na portaria não funcionava ( propositalmente com certeza) pois me deram o pior de todos os quartos ( final 9 ) e foi mais uma noite sem dormir. Deveriam me devolver o dinheiro que paguei pois considero um absurdo alugar um quarto nestas condições..

Não ao Serviço de Quarto e a Falta de Sono

Não gostei do serviço de quarto. Até perdoei, quando da minha chegada, a falta de amenities de banho e uma garrafa esquecida no congelador do hóspede anterior. No dia seguinte, cheguei e percebi a porta do guarda-roupa aberto, sendo que deixara fechado. Não gostei de saber que a camareira não só abriu a porta do guarda-roupa, como do frigobar também. O guarda-roupa e frigobar estão à disposição do hóspede, eu não gostei de saber que a camareira interferiu com meu direito à privacidade. Eu tomei o cuidado de fechar as portas exatamente para o que tinha lá não ficasse exposto. Fiquei particularmente indignado ao perceber que ela retirou do guarda-roupa e jogou fora umas garrafinhas pets que estavam lavadas e secas e que eu usaria para transferir de pets maiores para colocar no frigobar. Se eu quisesse que fossem jogadas fora, teria feito como a do pet maior que deixei próximo ao lixo. É muita arrogância a funcionária abrir o guarda-roupa, pegar o que está guardado lá e jogar no lixo. Inconcebível! Eu pedi um quarto silencioso na recepção. O recepcionista me garantiu que todos eram insonoros. Fui colocado num quarto interno e posso dizer que não consegui dormir. Além do barulho do motor dos elevadores, tinha algo parecido com uma britadeira que incomodou muito o sono. Não sei de onde provinha o barulho e ao que estava relacionado, mas perturbou de tal maneira meu sono que simplesmente o interrompeu.
