Direct walkway to Nagoya Hill Mall. Convenient location to most malls in Batam. Gym is small but well equipped. Breakfast buffet spread is decent.

My room was suppose to be superior room, due to an event, my room was upgraded to Suite. The suite was very big! Overall, I enjoy my stay as it was very convenient to shopping mall. Thank you so much!

First time staying with this hotel in Batam. Definitely will be staying again the next time when I visit. It is so close to nagoya hill mall with a direct access pathway from hotel.

Good and clean hotel. Near Nagoya shopping mall and many other amenities. All within walking distance. Staffs are bery friendly. Had visit this hotel miltiple times.
