Terrible front desk service with good location
Checked in at 1pm. Waited for 2h 40min before getting my room. Approached them 3 times. One staff at 2:35pm told me to sit at lobby, she said would come and look for me in 20min, then 30min, and actually no one came to look for me. Finally at 3:30pm, I had to approached them. Finally I got the room. No one apologised and the front desk manageress even put on a black face. She did not tell me the process finished. I stood there like a fool and had to ask if we had completed the check in. Bad customer services from the 1st point of contact in hotel. Terrible.
