I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. 「Overall good stay. Hotel location is very good and is about 15-minute drive to the airport. What disappointed us was nobody helped us on luggages during the check-in. While I was parking the car in the carpark nearby, my wife had to move 4 suitcases herself from lobby to the room」

「The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast.
