Stayed at the resort for 7 nightstands. The staff is very helpful, service is great. All Pool areas are beautiful. But my room had mold on the lamp and on the bed head frame, you could smell so strongly all day. The cleaning of the rooms wasn’t very good. Weeding parties almost every day, loud music as is right under the rooms the majority of the time, also restricted me to the access of my room a few times due to photos and ceremony. On my third night I had some kind of food poisoning and couldn’t eat for the following two days. Also had a deep tissue massage at the spa on the first day that was more of a relaxing massage, did some on one side of the body and the other not. I have my feedback for the concierge but nothing was done about it.

Stayed on the property except for a bike ride- stopped at Yal- ku park which is nice for snorkeling. Tulum, Xel-ha, and Yal-ku are close by and transportation available. The resort is so beautiful, clean, friendly, and safe, we didn’t feel the need to leave to explore.
