The room was very nice and really comfortable bed. Bathroom was big, clean and easy to use.

Definitely not soundproof-could hear all bathroom action in other rooms. Parking very tight with large vehicles hard to manoeuvre around. Overall, good for a quick overnight stay.

Nice surprise, they had washer and dryer free to use, even provided soap....... nice touch The breakfast was a traditional continental, toast and coffee, for the price we paid, it's fair

Obviously newly refurbished. Our room was clean, smart and tidy. Nice modern bathroom. Liked the touch of the “cherry red” towels. Conveniently located close to town centre. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Only downside was he street lights through the windows during night time. The vertical strip curtains allowed much light - despite attempts to adjust.

What was unique was it’s the first motel to not be helpful with a late check in, be careful to not be outside his exact hours. Unhelpful and no care for customers.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are downright rude. The location on the highway is very noisy with lots of truck compression braking at night.

Location is great. The only sour point was being given late checkout at 11am and was out for meeting and returned to the room before 10am and found the towels cleared and this is despite the fact that I placed a do not clean card on the door and had not returned the keys. Luckily nothing was lost but this is a basic rule which i thought all hotels would observed and honoured their commitment.
