I arrived a few minute before 3 pm, the listed check in time, and was told my room was not ready because it still had to be cleaned, and that I would have to wait at least another hour. After already driving 2 hours with a child this was not ideal. Then when I did finally check in, I was told I had to pay a $100 “incidental fee”, which I have never had to do with another hotel. This was something that should be listed when you reserve a room there because not everyone has that extra money for them to just hold. There were no towels at the pool, you had to go back to the front desk to ask for them. And, our room was reserved for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, and there were only 2 towels in the room. When we returned to the front desk to ask for towels for our room, we were told there were no towels and we would have to wait until the next day. UNACCEPTABLE! The breakfast was just ok. The positives were that the room was clean, beds were comfortable and great sized fridge. I probably would choose a different hotel next year.
