在Lido公船站出來直走五分鐘內可到,旁邊剛好是最熱鬧的區域,房間不大,但開窗之後,Lido熱鬧的美景盡在眼前,我們四人房是四個單人床,所以睡得很好,但Bathroom的設備老舊,是舊的小型花灑,水會忽冷忽熱,水量也不大,另外房間有安全密碼箱,但是已壞不能用,早餐有麵包,可頌,優格,冷熱飲 很推薦離他很近的餐廳,什麼都有賣,晚一一部份是酒吧!有賣冰淇琳也有賣熱食,而且價格比威尼斯本島親民太多,一份龍蝦義大利麵才10歐,超大的潛艇三明治才4歐,而且不加服務費也不加城市稅 飯店不遠也有超市,可以補充民生物資,因為本島的消費會讓人想翻掉,雖然進出都需要坐船,但是不論是飯店的費用還是用餐,都建議在Lido

Pros........ Price was resonable fir the stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Quiet if closing windows, but no loud noises which caused a problem. Locality to shops, transport and walking. Neutral......... Breakfast was basic, but searved enough to set up for the day....would like some hot food like saugages, bacon etc...instead of ham and cheese, but not a big issue...... Bed sheets clean but old fashion beds spreads. Negatives..... Hotel rooms need updating. Need duvets instead of blanket. Obvious signs of mould in bathroom which has trued to be dealt with, needs updating and decorated. No tea making facility in rooms have to wait till 8 to make a cuppa. Unable to use safe, dod report it but never got fixed so had to carry certain things with me instead of locking away. Would i stay again.....maybe but might see what else is about first that offers bettter facilities.

Very convenient location, 5 min walk to ferry so one boat ride away from main island of Venice. Lots of dinning options nearby. The owner waited for us at the ferry exit on the day of arrival which is very nice since we arrived late. Will come again !

Parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Loisto sijainti kylläkin. Ystävällinen omistaja, mutta muu henkilökunta ei juurikaan. Pyysimme saada tytölle toisen patjan, kun hänen sängystä jouset tuli läpi maatessa. Luvattiin tulla katsomaan, mutta ketään ei kuulunut. Aamupala suppea. Ei hintansa väärti.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral in der Hauptstraße des Lido, unweit der Vaporetto Haltestelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir konnten noch unsere Koffer am letzten Tag bis abends stehen lassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber gereinigt allerdings war unser Zimmer 33 mittlerweile so in die Jahre gekommen, dass es einfach angegammelt ist. Es wurde seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert. Die Matratzen sind furchtbar. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Blick auf den Corso. Man muss auch sagen für den Preis bei den völlig überteuerten Preisen in Venedig haben wir auch nicht viel mehr erwartet. Es als Hotel zu bezeichnen ist mutig, bestenfalls eine Pension. oh als Übernachtungsstelle in Venedig von wo aus man schnell in der Stadt und auf den Inseln ist oder auch am Strand des Lido ist es eine bezahlbare Unterkunft. Man darf nur keinerlei Komfort oder ansprechende Ausstattung erwarten. Von Vorteil ist: es gibt zahlreiche ganz ordentliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Eine schnelle Pizza kann man sogar vor dem Haus beim Nachbarn essen. Weitere Restaurants sind in Laufweite.

Horrible. Llegamos el día 16 de septiembre, y un señor que parecia ser el dueño nos dijo que no disponia de la habitación que habiamos reservado y pagado hacía como un mes. Nos envió a una especie de pensión a unos 400 metros de distancia, muy inferior al que habiamos contratado y mucho más lejos de la estación de l vaporeto(habiamos elegido éste hotel por estar a unos 100 metros de la estación).El hotel que nos dió estaba en unas callejuelas, nos dió un 2º piso sin ascensor y nos las vimos negras para subir el equipaje pues tengo 70 años y no tengo la agilidad y fuerza limitadas por mi edad. El día 17, para ir a la estación del vaporeto tuve que coger un taxi que incrementó el gasto de mi estancia.

Perfect location, close to water transport, lots of places to eat around or hire a bike, close to the beach. Bed sheets and towels clean and room was cleaned and tidy up every day. If you don’t have a high expectation and need just a cheaper and clean place somewhere to sleep when this place it is just perfect for you.

Hôtel vieux, non entretenu, décevant
Le parking n’existe plus j’ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour la réservation du parking et aucune réponse. Nous avons réalisé ça avant, car nous avons finalement téléphoné, on nous a dis non puis oui et définitivement non lorsque nous étions déjà sur le ferry. L’hôtel ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos tous est faux, nous étions 4 adultes et les matelas étaient horribles le 4 eme lit était dans un « tiroir » à même le sol. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et la clim ne fonctionne pas bien. Nous avons réalisé trop tard, mais tous les avis (positifs) sur le site de l'hôtel datent de plusieurs années. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et le personnel accueillant malgré tous. Hôtel pas chère mais trop pour ce qui est proposé!

Needs Attention
The place needs a good over hall. The staff were good and friendly. The room we had was not as stated on our booking, plus the fridge did not work, electric sockets were very poor, the one in the bathroom actually came away from its fitting when attempting to put the hair dryer on. Excellent location but needs attention if we were ever going to stay there again.
