This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area near Ubud surrounded by lush jungle. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Ode at the front desk. The infinity pool is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The prices are also very affordable compared to some of the other resorts in the area of this calibre. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in Bali next time. Highly recommend it.

the hotel is great, I love it and it is recommended. It's very quiet and relaxing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Wati, Ms Eka and Ms Dwi who provided the best services. The hotel is a bit out of the way but very quiet. The view from the bar and the sunset are fantastic. The hotel has its own transport at regular intervals into the city. I can't add anything negative. gladly again. Thank u and best regards

The service was amazing! Everyone was really caretaking and always a fast service with a smile. They could not be any better! The property is beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit off from everything and it’s not that good conditions to just take a walk. If you live in the garden room the shower is partly outside and then you can count of sharing it with lots of insects - not my favourite.. The food was amazing especially the breakfast.

Todo excelente. La propiedad es aún más fascinante en la realidad que por fotos. El personal es sensacional. Imposible encontrar un detalle para criticar. La única critica constructiva se encuentra en una de sus dueñas. Estuvo alojada en toda nuestra estadía y nunca nos saludo ni mostró algo de amabilidad. Además de interrumpir un poco nuestro hospedaje con la presencia de su niño y sus juguetes. Rompía un poco la magia del lugar. No obstante, la magia del lugar hace que ese detalle quede en el olvido.

Hidden Paradise was truly stunning! The pool and the villas in the side of the hill were amazing!! The staff were friendly and super helpful and ensured I had a fantastic stay. I loved the private pool to the villa as well. It’s worth noting that it is a little way out from central Ubud but it’s easy and cheap to get into town via gojek which the staff can help you with, and it’s totally worth it for the beautiful, quiet location. Only other super minor detail was the towels were a little older but the bed linen was really nice. Would 100 per cent recommend to family and friends.

Slightly tired, but great staff
I had a mixed stay here. Initially I was given a room that was sub-standard when compared to the room in the pictures of the class I booked. On discussing it with the hotel staff I was informed they couldn't do anything about it. I brought hotels.com in and I was moved to the room I should have been in. This room was great, with an outdoor shower, mosquito net and sun lounger, which the previous room lacked. The staff in general were engaging, pleasant and happy to please. The location is quiet, which I liked, and a 10 min ride into Ubud centre, very cheap on Gojek, and easy to navigate on your own scooter. The restaurant food was good, although not as impressive as the pictures but when they discovered I like local spicy food, they made me sambal oelek to go with my breakfast which was excellent. Overall, I'd say the place is on the way to being tired, consistently falling slightly short of expectations set by the advertising, but lifted by the lovely staff.

Best place ever !!! C’est le plus bel endroit ou j’ai séjourné de ma vie. Calme, reposant, la piscine sur la terrasse de la chambre est extrêmement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le coucher de soleil est formidable. Le matin, des petits singe peuvent faire des apparitions pour le plus grand bonheur de nos yeux. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et attentionné. The property is well kept and staff are very friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with a flower greeting for our Anniversary. Rahayu is very helpful. She always communicated with me to check our needs even before we got there. She also helped us with our private tour. Will recommend this as this place is very serene and the view is amazing. Planning to come back and stay longer already

We chose this room by the pool with the valley view for a week and it was one of the most memorable holidays ever. Staff were really hospitable and kind and even though we ordered room service almost every single day, they always came with a smile and friendly manner. We hired the scooter as we checked in the first day and it was very easy to drive around Ubud- it only took 10-15mins to the city centre. However, it is quite steep and hilly on the way so it would be wise to call a taxi instead if you’re too scared of beating the traffic or the road every day. It is quite tucked in behind the forest so it is absolutely quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed jumping into the pool throughout the day and having our own space. However, we were disturbed by the sound of water draining at night and we couldn’t figure out where the sound came from but the manager apologised and compensated the price as we checked out. There could be some improvements like the wifi was real slow and frustrating at times but the experience was pleasant overall.

Staff was very kind and very assisting. Food was very good and I even requested a special cocktail for breakfast that the staff Agus and I call “Orange vacation”. The staff made driver arrangements upon request. My friends and I were lucky to get a young man named Dewa, who lives a few doors down from the hotel. Dewa gave great recommendations, knew his way around great and always kept the conversation and Bali interesting. We hired him to drive us around for the week and it enhanced the trip by a hundred times! If you go to Bali enjoy the Hidden Paradise and request the young 22yr old Dewa who lives next door drive you around. You won’t regret the unique experience this hotel, staff and community present!

Location veramente magnifica: la struttura è immersa nella giungla a ridosso di un precipizio che garantisce una vista mozzafiato (esattamente di fronte al Resort Maya Ubud, uno dei più esclusivi). La nostra suite godeva di un accesso diretto all’infinity pool collegata con le camere a fianco ed affaccio direttamente negli alberi tropicali. Lo staff dell’hotel sempre molto disponibile ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fate solo attenzione perché il prezzo di alcuni servizi è più alto rispetto a quello riscontrabile in città.

Flotte nye værelser. Vær dog opmærksom på at soveafsnit og badeværelse er i samme rum med separat toilet. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra Ubud så man skal køre til alt, omvendt er området dejlig fredeligt. Fin restaurant med et enkelt menukort. Serveringen er ikke altid hurtig om morgenen og kan være et problem hvis man skal afsted tidligt.

Beautiful surroundings and a very peaceful atmosphere! The rooms looking over the infinity pool are incredible - along with the view is an extremely comfortable bed and a very good quality shower (however it could do with a safe). The staff are so attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was extremely tasty. The centre of Ubud is a 10 minute taxi ride away which can be arranged at reception. But if you want a very peaceful stay away from it all then it's ideal. However, for us it was a bit too quiet and remote. The hotel reception closes at 10pm and the staff don't return till 7am, which made it feel a bit eerie at night times as it was extremely quiet. We felt it needed at least a security guard or someone at reception overnight. But for others this quiet and peacefulness may be ideal!
