I accidentally left my laptop charger upon reaching my destination. Emailed the hotel and later received a reply from them that they found it and will keep it for me. Got my friend to retrieve it. All is good. Well done to the housekeeping and front desk of Diana Suite.

I stayed for two weeks. As in other people's evaluation,The facilities are I stayed for two weeks. certainly slightly degraded over time. The amount of water in the shower was not enough because of the old shower head. But it can be solved with a small renovation… The location is certainly not convenient. That can also be solved with a rental motorcycle or taxi… …I'll say it based on that… Slightly cheap hotel fee, A room larger than the average. .. And I want say above all… The kindness and smile of the all staff to make up for those inconveniences. The all staff's generous consideration for guests to be comfortable… All of them made my stay comfortable! I'm sure I'll choose their kindness and smiles over some inconveniences. I'm sure I'll be back again! (It is a hotel that will be really comfortable if it is renovated.)

Toilet water leaking into the shower.. We checked in and upon arriving to the room noticed toilet water leaking into the shower. We noitified staff to which there was apparently no other rooms available. When asking for a refund due to no rooms and the unsafe conditions of the property we were denied and left a day early on a loss.

This place is a great bargain for the price. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. They have an awesome breakfast bar. I will for sure stay there again next time I am in Bali.

Focus here on the tranquil location, size of rooms
The focus here was the quietness of the location, size of suite for the price we paid. The down side, which is not an issue, is you are not close walking distance to anything, you're around 1km away. That is far to walk when between 11am and 3pm when it is really warm. Breakfast was really simple, others may complain about very small spread but again, for the price, who is complaining - besides we are not big on breakfast anyway. If you are after a quiet retreat, not into brekky, for a good room rate, 3 mins from airport. This is good value..

밤비행기로 귀국하시는 분들께 가성비 갑! 객실컨디션 최상!
발리에서 마지막으로 돌아오던 trangit 7시간 으로 이용했습니다. 공항 5~10분거리라 공항이동하기에 용이합니다. 다른 호텔에서 체크아웃하고 이곳으로 이동해서 휴식취하다 밤 비행기 타기엔 훌륭합니다. 외관은 작은 모텔같은 느낌인데 놀라운 것은 객실이었습니다. 거실이 별도로 분리되어 있는 넓은 객실, 에어컨 성능은 너무도 훌륭했구요. 객실의 면적은 4성급 호텔만큼 넓고, 안락했습니다. 밤 9시쯤 프론트에서 연락이 오더군요. 언제 공항 나가냐고. 승합차로 공항 셔틀도 운행합니다. 50000 루피아. 그랩택시 부르려다 호텔셔틀이 낫겠다싶어 이용했습니다. 숙박용도로는 권하지 않지만, 발리도착 혹은 귀국시에 트랜짓으로는 만족도 높습니다.

공항근처라 밤늦게도착한 첫날 묵었다. 가깝다고 걸어가다 엄청고생, 인도가 제대로 안되잇어 험난, 택시를추천, 기본요금거리. 숙소 스탭은 친절햇다, 지친 우리의 짐을 2층에 올려주구 아침에는 드라이기를 요청하니 갖다줌, 근처에 와카나 헤리티지 식당이 걸어서 5분거리 추천.

Ok for a one night stop over.
This hotel is fine for a one night stop over. We arrived late and just needed a bed as we had a morning boat to catch to Lembongan. Our room was large, bathroom could do with an overhaul, aircon too noisy to leave on during the night. Woken early to the tunes from the mosque nearby. Buffet breakfast was tasty.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or two this hotel will do. However, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel for the duration of their trip. While it was cost effective, you can see those savings in the cleanliness of the room and linens. The staff were quite friendly though.
