當天還去電確認免費機場接送...到了當地也有司機來接,但卻告訴我們,飯店房間正在裝修中.會帶我們去另一家飯店....無奈接受.因為我們到了當地己是深夜2點....看了他為我們安排的的飯店及房型.更是無言,好在我們只有定一天...若能早告知.我們會選擇退掉.另做安排

everything is good
It is good that this hotel has free airport pickup service.We also get to Discovery Shopping mall by hotel's shuttle bus.That was very helpful for us.The staff is friendly and helpful.The room was clean.We will return again.

此間飯店出來後左轉,大約走5-10分鐘的路程,有一間超市在右手邊,可以買奶茶,咖啡等伴手禮回國;離機場很近,提供免費接駁機去機場搭機;服務人員親切;但房間不大,床單有一點髒,早餐普通!

We arrived at airport at 00:00,too late that no shutter bus,which not as expect as the reason why we choose here. Hotel near the road which is convenient but noise,luckly we live the opposite site of road. Every floor have green bamboo,room is not as we expected from the picture. First night in bali just for convenience.

I booked this hotel because it was very near the airport and the staff promised me that 24-hour free shuttle service would be provided. My departure flight was 7am and I needed shuttle service at 5am. However, when I arrived the hotel, the staff said that they wouldn't provide any shuttle service at 5am! The room was quite clean. Nevertheless, there were a lot of flies at the restaurant and lobby. During breakfast time, most of the food were not covered so many flies were able to touch the food. The sanitary condition was really poor!

酒店的房间很干净，床也相当舒服，但只是好像浴巾有点味道，不知道是没有洗干净还是什么原因。酒店离机场车程只要五到十分钟，CHECK-IN的时候前台就会问你需要早上的送机服务吗，如果要的话，还会提前给你准备好可以带走的早餐，非常贴心。到的时候订了一晚，走的时候住了一晚，到的那天好像因为是庆祝中国新年，CHECK-IN的时候还抽奖，抽中了一顿双人免费晚餐。都挺好的～～～

酒店是新开的，整体环境有点像国内的快捷酒店。早上会被城市内祷告的音乐吵醒，这点不是很好。毛巾不是很干净，泳池在酒店的后面，不大没有使用。SPA第一次没空，第二次早早就关门了。早餐是自助餐，味道一般般。整体而言适合第一天到达或最后一天离开BALI的时候住一晚就好了。

Very Close to Bali International Airport
Staff are very friendly. They provide free pick up from Airport to Hotel and free shuttle bus to the mall in Kuta. The room, however, has ants. Others are good.

离机场很近，有免费班车
属于商务连锁酒店，适合作为过渡酒店，性价比较高，离kuta市区也比较近，挺方便，最重要的是酒店有免费班车至机场，省去了我们很多麻烦，而且酒店服务也非常好，这个价位，这个环境，这种服务，很满意了！！！

Close to the airport. We walked one mile, rather than paying $21. Huge room. The white bed cover was stained (my only negative comment). It was perfect for a few hours of sleep since we arrived at midnight and left the next day for Ubud. They need to separate the smokers from nonsmokers, since the smoke was blowing on us.

Classic near-airport hotel, so the visit was more budget-focussed. From that point of view, the hotel was totally fine and nothing to complain about. The room itself was a bit worn off, meaning, one could see that the last investment into it was quite some time ago. Nevertheless, again, it was a budget choice, so it was totally fine for the price we paid for.

送迎サービスを頼んだのに、メッセージをもらった場所で待っていたけれど、その場所にはいなかった。だたま、電話をかけることができから良かったが、プリペイドシムカードで、電話対応がないシムカードだったら、多分合流することができなかった。あとから何故いなかったのかと聞くと、ドライバーが1人しかいなく、他の客の対応してたから、、、という理由でした。メッセージの通りにしないと、それを頼りに私たちは旅をしている。探すだけで30分以上、本当に疲れた。いいレビューが多かったが、私たちはそれだけでがっかりした。
