They were under construction and not all the amenities were available including the pool. I understand that these upgrades needed to be done but the biggest reason why we chose to stay there was because it had a pool and at the time of booking they failed to mention that it would be closed. I expressed my frustration to the staff and I was pretty much told tough sh*t not our problem and next time book directly through the hotel not with Expedia. Not worth the money we paid to stay there, not even close. Very disappointed will not stay there again.

It was nice to have a Dennys across the parking lot. Hotel lobby and pool was closed but no mention of this when booking. We liked the lobby bar last time we were there. A large truck/trailer was unattended in parkung lot and alarm went off all during our dinner and still going off when we went to bed. I asked the front desk to call thenpolice to find out who it belonged to. Alarm went off all night and bothered the guests across the hall from us too. Really unacceptable that nothing was done about it.

The staff were friendly and professional but the beds were past their prime by a few years and the bathrooms were as small as a stall in public restroom. The door cleared the toilet by an inch. This property has the worst bathroom space I have ever encountered even in their premium rooms.

I feel like for such a beautiful hotel they can update a little more. Some of the furniture was worn out in the lobby n rooms.. the chlorine in the pool was way too strong. Needs better ventilation in the pool area..

One our more comfortable hotel stays. The breakfast was awesome. The room was very well kept up with all necessary amenities. Only complaints were that the pool was closed, and that the shower water never got as hot as one would expect 👍

Great place to stay
This is a cute hotel and has all the amenities you need. Great cookies and fruit when you check in. Decent free breakfast. The customer service is amazing. They have toiletries if you forget anything. The rooms are little outdated but super cozy and clean.

Parking lot is much larger than most with restaurants and gas stations nearby. Check in process was excellent. Added an addtl night. The room we booked had a jetted tub which was perfect for relaxation. Room was clean and neat. Noticed couple furniture pieces were broken. Noise easily travels through the door from the hallway, specifically screaming crotch goblins and even grown men conversation.

The room was much smaller than anticipated and needed updating. There was a mildewy scent in the hallways. I don't think the room was worth the price charged.

Great customer service. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms need some updating. There was only one USB plug-in, which was not ideal. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
