Back in the day unfortunately they did not build very high buildings and the Novotel right across the street blocks out any views of the harbour. I hope that you raised your concerns in regards to the air conditioning system with the team as everyone is always happy to assist you with the settings of the aircon to make it super comfy for you!nI am sorry to read that you found ants in your room, again I hope we were able to assist you with this matter. Hi John, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. At Ovolo, we appreciate all feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly as it helps us identify where we can improve. I am sorry that you felt that you didn't get great value from your stay with us. Our rooms aren't the biggest in town and we do our best to communicate this via our website and via online travel agents. We do this by ensuring that the square metres of each room and a floor plan is shown on all websites. We have just recently upgraded our hotel water system so everyone is able to enjoy that hot long shower after a long day :). Be sure to let us know you're a light sleeper and we will make sure to look after you! We hope to have you back with us, John!
