Though the hotel is a bit dated, but facility is still good. Breakfast is great, many food options. If the hotel shuttle can be arranged more frequent (now is one every hour), that would be great.

初安排房間壞門，最低層，極殘舊，苦等4小時先換到較高層次，房間設施極舊，插蘇位欠缺，此次旅遊感覺極差！

整潔寛敞
整潔、舒適的經典渡假屋，地方寬敞雅緻，廚房設備齊全，很適合家庭居住。服務員很友善和細心，離地鐵站較遠但每小時有接駁車提供。洗澡有點不便，因熱水供應需先啟動開關，20分鐘後才有熱水供應。居室內沒有私人洗衣、乾衣設備不太方便。建議室內裝修,擺設和設備可更時尚。

This is an excellent property. We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very nice and was stocked with eggs, milk, juice, bread and cereal. It is next to the Shangri-La hotel so you can walk to it and eat at the restaurant there.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay. There was a very good welcome pack when we arrived. The apartment was light and airy. It was very well furnished and maintained and it was very large. Shangri La also provided an excellent free shuttle service along Orchard Road which linked to the MRT system.

The property is okay - rooms and furniture are old. Overall, service doesn’t meet standards you would expect at a Shangri-la property. It’s designed to meet needs of a long term stay vs. short terms stays like ours (a week).

Great property, would definitely use again
Great stay: staff are efficient, hugely service-oriented and always willing to help. Property is kept spotless, rooms are cleaned daily and pool area is lovely - despite having access to the main pool and facilities at the Shangri-la hotel, we only used it twice! Be aware that there are no balconies, and also that there's ongoing building work outside the apartments, which goes on from 8am-10pm six days a week: had little impact on us, but we were on the 6th floor.

We loved that the kitchen was so well-stocked, and the complimentary washer and dryer services made laundry a breeze. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, and though a bit dated, had a cosy feel to it. Highly recommend!

Olimme perheen kanssa 1huoneen huoneistossa. Huoneisto oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Hotellissa on oma vastaanotto jossa palvelu oli ystävällistä. Siivous oli päivittäin. Huoneistohotellista on pääsy varsinaisen hotellin puolelle, jossa on hieno uima-allas / ravintolat. Allas pääsy on ma-pe mutta ei viikonloppuisin. Lähellä on bussipysäkki ja bussilla oli kätevä matkustaa paikasta toiseen. Bussilipun voi ostaa kuskilta tai käyttää metroasemalta ostettua lippua. Myös Orchard MRT asema on lähellä. Alueella on myöa supermarket josta voi ostaa ruokaa. Hotellissa on ihan hyvä kustannus / laatu yhdistelmä.

The Apartments are a 15 minute walk from the nearest train station which is really convenient. Our room was very nice, not the most modern but it didn't seem outdated or uncomfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

pleasant stay
Second time we have stayed here, very convenient location and ideal for young families. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. For a serviced apartment you have all that you need On the downside, the apartments are starting to look very dated and worn. We chose the apartments rather than the hotel as it's great to have the 2 bedrooms for the kids. However, for some reason you are made to feel a little bit second class citizen vs the hotel guests. For example, not allowed to use the pool at weekends, not allowed to earn loyalty points. I really didn't get this policy as t would have been cheaper to stay in the hotel. Only a minor complaint though, I often recommend these apartments to families I know and would stay again
