大堂辦Check in 用了大概30分鐘，工作效率太低，房間有點舊，床鋪上有污糟，TV、枱面、洗手盤都有不少塵，冲涼水時冷時熱，TV訊號差時有時無，失望。幸好可獲分配有景觀的房間，可望到整個濱海灣景觀，交通方便，離地鐵站只須2分步程，附近有不少大型商場，食、買都超方便。

So far so good
After check-in, we reported to hotel that cleaning service was not good at room and hotel response fast to improve. The hotel is a bit old but overall facilities are fine. Staffs are friendly and helpful!

The hotel is close to the MRT (City Hall station) and it is convenient to walk to Raffle City Mall, National Museum, St Andrew Cathedral,...but the horrible thing is the swimming pool which is located in the floor of lobby and everyone there can see you swim...some people may like it but I don't like to be a fish in an aquarium!

WiFi connection is not stable on phone. The laptop is hardly to connect with WiFi. Asked the staff to help, but it didn’t change much. There is some water left in kettle, so disgusting.

Good Location. Quite Old, need renovation.
Unfortunately, check-in took over 15 minutes, because their system had trouble to locate my booking. Then assign a room which : very dusty A BIG QUESTION WHY ???, Toilet facility : sink flush is not working, shower control is out of order. After I put forward the issues, they fixed them, but already feel bad. I must say, most of the people I contact is nice but not check-in counter.

Convenient hotel at a decent price
Close to various attractions in downtown, such as the Art Museum. Transportation is easy, as there is a taxi stand right outside the hotel.

close to MRT, big shopping malls nearby
my room was on 15/F. It was much smaller than my expectation, can't even do some basic workout in the room. Everything looks dusty and mirror near the door was broken at the bottom. The hangers were just...garbage, you can't take them out to hang elsewhere. The air conditioner...seems to be a bit hard to control? 21C or 30C made no difference at all, it was so cold no matter what.
